Information Officer
Salary: 28 hours per week – £26,574.40 plus London weighting £2,400 or home allowance £450 pa. 21 hours per week – £19,930.80 plus London weighting £1,800 or home allowance £450 pa.
Hours: Part‑time 28 or 21 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an extensive offer of health information, including factsheets, booklets, clinical guidelines, web content and videos aimed at people affected and clinical teams.
- Ensure resources meet the needs of target audiences through sensitive and meaningful involvement with people and healthcare professionals.
- Produce high‑quality, comprehensive information for people with health conditions from concept through to publication, making complex information understandable.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, juggling priorities and creating reactive information to address emerging issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the team and wider organisation, and engage with a range of external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience producing high‑quality, comprehensive health information for people with health conditions.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the Patient Information Forum quality kitemark (PIF TICK).
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional attendance at London Head Office: 40% of weekly hours if based at the office, otherwise as required.
- Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
Location / Attendance: If based at the London office, you must attend the London Head Office 40% of weekly working hours. If working from home, you must attend the office as required for business needs.
