You will be working in the Building Services OU based in 51 Moorgate where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We are currently looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations.
As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:
- Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
- Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
- Assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
We are looking for:
- A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
- Understanding relevant legislation and compliance associated with your key results areas.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications.
