Responsibilities
- Calibration/validation electronic instrumentation to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
- Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
- Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
- Travel to customer sites >75% performing calibrations (On-site).
Qualifications
- Education and technical knowledge within sector and role
- Relevant experience in calibration of Test & Measurement equipment (focus on RF/MW)
- Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician
- IT knowledge (Windows, Office)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Confident at answering customer questions
- Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions
- Ability to work independently and proactive attitude
- Ability to obtain UK security clearance
- Full clean driving licence
