Air Conditioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Cover Sussex, Surrey and occasional London work (3‑4 days per month)
• Provide service, maintenance and installation (≈50% install) of air‑conditioning equipment
• Work mainly on splits and multi‑splits with additional VRV and VRF work
• Serve both high‑end residential and some commercial properties

Qualifications & Experience

• Resident of or within travel distance to Horsham, West Sussex/Surrey
• Experience in maintenance and installation of air‑conditioning equipment, including splits and multi‑splits
• F Gas certificate compulsory; NVQ Level 2 in air‑conditioning beneficial
• Residential installation experience a significant advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• £40,000 – £43,000 basic salary
• Door‑to‑door travel pay
• No on‑call rota; overtime available where needed
• Company vehicle, phone, uniform, fuel card and further manufacturer training provided
