Plant Maintenance Engineer – RCA & Continuous Improvement

McCain Foods is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their Whittlesey plant. This role involves performing first line maintenance and working closely with the engineering team to uphold equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, time served apprenticeship, and strong practical engineering experience. The position requires a shift-based approach to cover both day and night operations.
