We are seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to support the development and optimisation of semiconductor manufacturing processes. This hands‑on role will involve process design, characterisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a small R&D and production team working on III‑V semiconductor materials.
Semiconductor Process Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and wafer cleaning.
- Analyse process data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and scale‑up.
- Document process specifications and operating procedures.
