Overview
Mid level buildings structural design engineer seeking a new challenge. Join a large, well established multidisciplinary property consultancy at their Oxford office. Work includes a wide variety of buildings & structures projects, from large complex schemes up to £200m to small, local client schemes. Involves both UK and international projects with clients such as F1 teams, motor manufacturers, schools/universities, contractors and developers.
Core Responsibilities
- Design buildings using concrete, steel, timber and masonry – both new build and refurbishment works.
- Undertake survey and report work.
- Collaborate with internal construction and property experts.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mid level experience in building structural design.
- Desire to attain Chartership.
- Proficient user of structural analysis software such as Tekla, MasterSeries, SCIA and Tedds.
- Full right to work in the UK long term (no sponsorship offered).
