On-Site HRBP for Manufacturing: Recruitment & Engagement

Archroma is searching for an experienced HR professional to serve as the on-site HR resource at our Martin facility in the United Kingdom. This role includes responsibilities such as answering employee questions, managing recruiting efforts, and enhancing employee engagement programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of HR experience. Strong communication skills along with hands-on recruiting experience in manufacturing or light industrial settings are essential.
