Youth Employability Training Lead | Coaching & Partnerships

GROW in Sheffield seeks a Training Manager to design and deliver employability programmes for youth aged 16-24 facing challenges. This role involves building partnerships, leading the development of coaching resources, and ensuring smooth transitions for trainees into employment or further education.

The ideal candidate will have experience in youth programming, strong relationship skills, and a commitment to fostering employability skills in young people. You’ll actively participate in developing GROW’s long-term strategy and supporting alumni networking.
