Job Description:

Arden White Recruitment presents a Telesales Executive role at a Newbury-based technology company. The position is Monday to Friday, office‑based, focused on B2B sales, cold calling, new business generation and account development.

This role is suited for individuals with a background in telesales, retail, customer service or office‑based sales who are looking to enter a professional B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business customers, including cold calling to generate new business
  • Build a pipeline, follow up leads and win new accounts
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in sales, telesales, retail sales, customer service or a target‑driven role
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable with cold calling and new business generation
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • Must live within a commutable distance of the Newbury office
  • Can work Monday to Friday in an office environment
