Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business customers, including cold calling to generate new business
- Build a pipeline, follow up leads and win new accounts
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Essential Requirements
- Experience in sales, telesales, retail sales, customer service or a target‑driven role
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable with cold calling and new business generation
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Must live within a commutable distance of the Newbury office
- Can work Monday to Friday in an office environment
