S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops (Sayers and Poundbakery) across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands, with plans to expand further. We provide fast‑paced service in high street locations with quality sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day shop operations.
- Drive sales growth.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Train, develop, and motivate your team.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Work alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.
Qualifications
A background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment is preferred, though not essential. The candidate should have a strong work ethic and a hands‑on can-do mentality.
