Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business customers, including cold calling to generate new business.
- Build a pipeline, follow up leads and win new accounts.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in sales, telesales, retail sales, customer service or another target-driven role.
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with cold calling and new business generation.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
- Must live within a commutable distance of the Newbury office.
