What you’ll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your store and support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in their absence
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
- Deliver an excellent customer experience every time customers visit your store

- Experience leading a sizeable team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast‑paced environment
- The ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
- Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to keep calm in any situation
