Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the office.
- Manage facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, security, contractors, and health & safety.
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service levels are met.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and building regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, clients, and operational queries.
- Handle escalations, incidents, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support front of house operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Conduct viewings where you lead alongside sales.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of operations, 5 star luxury service and hospitality.
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to implement 5 star service in your building.
- 3-5 years of people management experience.
- Strong ownership and responsibility; takes initiative.
- Highly organised and operationally strong.
- Communicates confidently with both clients and teams.
- Remains calm under pressure and leads from the front.
- Cares deeply about standards and client experience.
- Enjoys leading people and bringing energy into a room.
- Ambitious about the future and motivated to progress.
- Desire to build something successful.
