Operational Shift Coordinator

As an Operational Shift Coordinator, you will guide and inspire a team, contribute to service development, and provide high-quality, person-centred care at one of life’s most important stages.
This role is community based, throughout Harrogate and Hambleton and Richmond. You will need to have access to your own vehicle and a current driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑shift leadership, management and coordination of our Home HCAs, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients and their families.
- Combine clinical coordination with operational responsibilities including weekend leadership, participation in a 24/7 rota and involvement in the organisation’s escalation/on‑call system.
- Support service development, promote clinical excellence and collaborate across the community.
