Strategic Bids & Proposals Leader

GoTo Meeting is looking for a Bids & Tenders Manager to enhance their bidding and tendering capability. This role is responsible for the complete bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission and post-bid evaluation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality proposals that align with the company’s strategy.

You will also define and implement best practices in bid management and ensure a disciplined approach across the organization, fostering a positive team culture and keeping track of performance metrics.
