  • – Engineering Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships &

  • Work Based Learning Department

37 hours per week,

  • permanent

Salary – £40,828

  • per annum

The successful

  • candidate will lead a team of Engineering Trainers and will be
  • responsible monitoring trainer caseloads and ensuring that the
  • apprenticeship curriculum is both purposeful and ambitious.

The role will also

  • involve working with employers, the Business Development Unit and
  • classroom-based teachers to ensure the effectiveness of the
  • apprenticeship provision in the Engineering department. The
  • successful candidate will have management responsibility for
  • work-based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-day
  • running of the curriculum with support from the course leaders and
  • training team.
