37 hours per week,

Salary – £40,828
- per annum
The successful
- candidate will lead a team of Engineering Trainers and will be
- responsible monitoring trainer caseloads and ensuring that the
- apprenticeship curriculum is both purposeful and ambitious.
The role will also
- involve working with employers, the Business Development Unit and
- classroom-based teachers to ensure the effectiveness of the
- apprenticeship provision in the Engineering department. The
- successful candidate will have management responsibility for
- work-based curriculum and will be responsible for the day-to-day
- running of the curriculum with support from the course leaders and
- training team.
