Job Title: Business Development Manager

Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary with OTE £53,500 Yr1 £70,300 Yr2 (Uncapped)

Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri 09:00‑17:30

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build pipeline through proactive outreach and intelligent conversations with B2B decision‑makers.
  • Qualify hard, uncover commercial drivers, and progress opportunities with pace and control.
  • Deliver confident, value‑led demos and proposals that make the outcome clear and commercial.
  • Maintain at least three‑times pipeline cover against quarterly targets and keep Salesforce clean and current so forecast is credible.
  • Handle objections, negotiate with discipline, and close consistently.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the wider Sales team, sharing insight that improves targeting, messaging, and conversion.

About You

  • Deliver against clear activity and productivity standards across outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and conversion.
  • Build consistent weekly output, not occasional spikes.
  • Keep your CRM honest and forecast accurate.
  • Can discuss numbers and wins, and want to improve quickly through coaching.
