Warehouse Team Lead — Operations, KPIs & Team Support

OA in East Hertfordshire is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support daily warehouse operations and manage dispatch readiness. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a friendly team focused on efficiency and KPIs.

Applicants should have prior warehouse experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A counterbalance/reach license is desirable but not essential.

The position offers a full-time role with set hours from Monday to Friday and a competitive salary of £28,100.
