As an Apartment Maintenance Manager for HHHunt’s Abberly Waterstone apartments, you are passionate about being customer focused and a provider of quality services and products. Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspect your team’s work, and sometimes perform tasks yourself.
- Be committed to people by listening to residents and teammates to deliver an exceptional experience every day.
- Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities, and offices are ready to WOW guests at all times.
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
- Minimum 2 years in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for a multifamily community.
- EPA Certification required.
- CPO Certification required.
- Impeccable record‑keeping and reporting skills.
- Physical agility and mobility.
- Valid state driver’s license.
