Job Description
The Warehouse Administrative / Reporting Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate data management, reporting, and administrative tasks. The role ensures operational processes run efficiently by maintaining trackers, resolving basic IT issues, and supporting multiple departments with reliable information and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update existing reports, trackers, and administrative processes to support operational performance
- Create and manage Excel trackers, templates, and reports to support warehouse activities
- Analyse operational data (including barcodes, IDs, and reports) ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail
- Support daily reporting requirements for warehouse departments, including Picking, Packing, Loading, and other operational areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and warehouse teams to provide updates and resolve queries
- Investigate and resolve basic to medium‑level operational or data‑related issues
- Provide basic IT support, including printer setup and troubleshooting common user issues
- Assist in identifying process improvements and enhancing reporting efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
- Support workload prioritisation to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, filters, lookups and pivot tables
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills, including printer setup and common user issues
- Ability to maintain existing reports, trackers and admin processes
- Good attention to detail when working with data, barcodes, IDs and operational reports
- Ability to create simple Excel trackers, templates and reports
- Good communication skills with warehouse teams, supervisors and managers
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to investigate basic or medium‑level issues
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure when required
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems, processes and Microsoft 365 tools
- Confidence supporting different warehouse departments with daily admin/reporting tasks
- Previous warehouse, logistics or office admin experience
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Lists or OneDrive
- Experience supporting printers, scanners or other warehouse equipment
- Basic reporting or presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in improving existing processes and making daily tasks more efficient
