Customer Support Specialist, OnTheMarket – London

Role Description
As part of the Technical Support team you will ensure client property listings are accurately processed and displayed on the OnTheMarket website, handle queries from both clients and consumers, and support estate and letting agents using the OnTheMarket Expert platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support via inbound and outbound calls, email, and occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
- Liaise with clients and third‑party software providers to maintain automated data connections, assess data quality, and resolve issues.
- Investigate and resolve queries from clients and consumers, manage tickets, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Analyse raw data from feed providers and troubleshoot live service issues.
- Audit client accounts proactively and identify potential problems.
- Support new product rollouts, system enhancements, and ad‑hoc projects as required.
- Maintain consistently high standards of customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous call‑centre or customer‑support experience, comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk and major web browsers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- Interest in the real‑estate industry and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive problem‑solver who works well in teams or autonomously and can make independent decisions during problem‑solving.
- Excellent attention to detail, self‑motivated, organised, flexible and approachable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
