Earnings are £12.71 per hour plus tips. Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Full‑time: Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week; shifts 13:00‑20:00 any 5 days of the week. Part‑time: Permanent contract, 14 hours per week; shifts 13:00‑20:00 or 08:00‑16:00 any 2 days of the week.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Welcoming all guests who arrive, providing bag portering and working closely with Reception to provide a seamless experience.
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and forecourt areas remain clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times.
- Provide consistently excellent guest service in accordance with our service principles and values, ensuring all guests receive special attention and recognition.
- Coordinate luggage storage, tagging and retrieval accurately and with care.
- Work closely with all departments, especially Reception, to ensure excellent communication and proactively assist other departments as required.
- Manage the welcome and seating of any groups of guests before entering the building.
- Offer additional services to make the guest experience more seamless, e.g. making restaurant reservations, assisting with directions, providing local recommendations.

- Hands‑on approach to all aspects of the role, being proactive in carrying guests’ luggage and providing general assistance.
