This hands-on role will oversee the daily operation of Reception and Events, ensuring outstanding customer service, smooth event delivery, and strong team leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
  • Strong guest service and complaint-handling skills
  • Excellent organisation and leadership abilities
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
  • Passion for luxury hospitality
