NJR Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected wealth management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Wealth Planner to join their established Cheltenham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused Financial Adviser to join a premium advisory business, providing holistic advice to a high-quality client base with a particular focus on retirement planning, estate planning and long-term wealth preservation.

Working alongside an experienced team of investment professionals and support staff, this role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and deliver first-class advice within a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role

As a Wealth Planner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality regulated advice to clients, ensuring a first-class service experience and helping clients meet their long-term financial goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement and estate planning
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
  • Delivering an exceptional client service experience at every stage
  • Working closely with investment professionals to identify opportunities and enhance client outcomes
  • Managing cases and client activity through CRM systems
  • Delegating workflow effectively to administrative support staff
  • Keeping up to date with industry, regulatory and technical developments
  • Supporting wider business initiatives and contributing to the ongoing client proposition

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser / Wealth Planner
  • Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients
  • Chartered Financial Planner status highly desirable
  • Advanced pension qualifications such as AF3 advantageous
  • Eligible for or holding a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and estate planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with a client-first mindset
  • Professional, proactive and collaborative approach
