Description

  • Lead and develop the group finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Oversee month-end close, consolidations, and performance analysis across entities
  • Manage audit processes and act as the key contact for external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and systems
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Review sensitive accounting areas (e.g. payroll, bonuses, cash management)
  • Support finance transformation and change projects across the business

Profile

  • Fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA) with strong technical grounding across both management and statutory reporting
  • Proven leader with experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident operating in a hands-on, detail-focused role with ownership of key financial processes
  • Comfortable in a PE-backed or high-growth business with evolving priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner senior leadership
  • Experience in regulated environments (FCA or similar) would be advantageous
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to bring structure to a sometimes complex or changing business

Job Offer
