Our client, well-established and quite niche in their field are recruiting a Documentation Executive to join a growing team

This is a full-time office based role and will report directly to the Head of Operations.

ROLE:

  • Ownership of all final documentation for clients.
  • Cross-check all final travel arrangements.
  • Generate airline e-tickets and prepare pre-departure letters.
  • Upload, print and package final documentation.
  • Keep monthly departures list up to date.
  • Dispatch tickets and booking documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent administration and operations experience.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Smart, professional and passionate disposition
  • Hands on approach and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

MORE INFO:

  • Full Time office based
  • 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Continual training and development
  • 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (rising with length of service)
  • Additional day off for your birthday
