OUR CLIENT Long established top tier law firm THE ROLE We have an opportunity for an Associate Solicitor Corporate Tax 1-3 PQE to join a top tier team This is a role for an ambitious individual looking to transition into a client-facing and project leading role The team helps founders, entrepreneurs and owners of private capital around the world structure their business and personal affairs in a way that allows them to maximise returns ,and preservation of their wealth The work will include Providing UK tax advice for both domestic and international businesses Cross border investment and business structuring Providing tax advice integrated with the commercial, legal and regulatory aspects of transactions Drafting tax deeds and warranties, finance documents and advising on business taxation Delivering high quality professional services with a focus on UK tax law THE CANDIDATE Candidates must have 1-3 PQE, England & Wales, with a tax background including recent experience of cross-border corporate tax structuring You will have a solid track record, excellent technical skills, and good commercial acumen Individuals with experience of any of the following would be of particular interest; Advising on management incentive arrangements, and/or investor tax relief Employment tax related issues and the IR35 rules Tax aspects of investment funds and real estate transactions If you are looking for a long term career move as a member of a top tier team, this is an exceptional opportunity Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
