The Role:

• Taking ownership of the Birmingham office growth strategy
• Leading major client accounts across regeneration and residential sectors
• Driving business development and new client acquisition
• Managing senior staff and building a high‑performing team
• Overseeing financial performance and operational delivery
• Leading major appeals and Local Plan examination work
