About the Role
The role of Quality Improvement Partner involves playing a key part in driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the organisation’s business plan and strategy through the Quality Framework.
- Ensure that standards within services meet the expectations of the people they support, organisational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively to assist services in achieving ratings of Good, Outstanding, or equivalent with regulatory bodies.
With a home‑based role, you will be required to travel nationally to support services across the organisation.
