What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings
- Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement
- Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network
- Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants
- Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery
- Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding
- Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear progression
