Your Mission at Elis

• Lead and inspire: Direct all site teams – production, logistics, engineering, customer services – to deliver excellence while fostering a culture of trust during a period of change.
• Take ownership: Full P&L responsibility with a focus on hitting EBITDA targets and safeguarding revenue.
• Develop people: Coach, support, and grow your team, ensuring every colleague, both new and existing, feels valued, engaged, and part of the Elis culture.
• Drive improvement: Lead the LEAN agenda and embed our culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Shape the future: Align local operations with Elis’s strategic goals while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Deliver for our customers: Put service at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.
