Managing Director – East Anglia – £90,000 to £120,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Salary: £90,000 to £120,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Steer the company to the most profitable direction while implementing vision, mission, and long-term goals.
• Ensure the company remains focused on meeting short- and long-term objectives and stays aligned with strategic guidelines set by the board.
• Lead strategic planning and execution, making quick operational adjustments when required.
• Demonstrate an ability to think outside the box, formulate new methodologies, and improve processes through lean manufacturing methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a print, packaging, or paper sector company with at least 50 staff.
• Previous senior managerial roles demonstrating true innovation and the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Track record of implementing lean manufacturing methods.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
