My client a notable Property Company is looking for a General Manager / Customer Director / Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site circa 360,000sq ft. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset and delivery on ESG, Net Zero, WELL and WIRED Score initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations of a large‑scale commercial site.
  • Mobilise from practical completion, oversee commissioning, and support tenant fit outs.
  • Show prospective customers around and engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
  • Lead an on‑site team and foster a 'one team' ethos.
  • Set and manage service charge budgets.
  • Oversee health and safety on site, holding IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
  • Engage with service partners to deliver a high level of tenant experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a site of similar scale.
  • Experience in commissioning, tenant fit out, and practical completion processes.
  • Knowledge of budget management and health & safety requirements.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
