Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable mid‑market City law firm, is strategically looking to recruit an existing partner or an ambitious senior associate with 10+ PQE seeking partnership.
The team, ranked in directories, works primarily with private equity, asset managers, financial services clients, and large privately owned companies.
Responsibilities
- Transactional support – M&A, IPOs, MBOs
- Share plan and executive remuneration
- Long‑term incentive plans, management incentives, bonus plans

Qualifications
The successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor who is either an existing Incentives/Share Schemes partner or an ambitious senior associate with at least 10 PQE and looking for a direct entrant partner role.
