We are a well‑established burger restaurant operating since 1986, focused on high‑quality, non‑frozen burgers and fries. We look for a Bench General Manager who will be based at an existing store supporting the current General Manager and, potentially, other stores within the district.

AS A BENCH GENERAL MANAGER YOU’LL BE

• Accountable for the store’s day‑to‑day operations and results
• Leading, inspiring and coaching the team to deliver profitability and excellent customer service
• Managing full ownership of the P&L
• Running smooth day‑to‑day operations while planning for the long term
• Identifying and developing talent to build a strong pipeline
• Modeling Five Guys culture and values
• Creating an enjoyable working environment
