General Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager who can lead from the front in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The role involves driving both food and sport operations, building a brilliant guest experience across both sides of the business, and creating an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑end operations and oversee both food and sports sides.
• Drive a clear plan and inspire the team to maximize the pub’s momentum and growth potential.
• Partner with the area manager and support team leaders to deliver excellent service.

The Blue Bell reopened in November 2025 as a two‑door capacity capex development. It offers a family‑friendly area and a dedicated sports side, both served from a single central bar. Equipped with six TVs and an 85‑inch screen, the pub can host live sports and social events. Current weekly turnover is around £37,000 on a 50/50 split.
