The Job Role

• A General Manager to lead a busy high end restaurant
• A General Manager to oversee the high volume operation
• A General Manager to manage a large team.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands‑on operator who thrives in a busy high end environment.
• A General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A General Manager that is very guest service driven and wants to make sure that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
• The ideal candidate will be from a full‑service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must.
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must whilst also being able to hold a presence in the restaurant.
