Job Description
As a Strategy Managing Consultant in our Energy & Utilities community you will shape and drive strategic growth solutions that support the energy transition and improve everyday lives. You will manage your own time, lead business development initiatives, guide FTSE 100 clients through complex challenges, support your team’s growth through coaching, and contribute to thought‑leadership and market offerings.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or transformation, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
- An established network of senior stakeholders in the energy industry, with a proven ability to build and grow long‑term client partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex, high‑value programmes.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of developing and selling consulting propositions.
- Deep understanding of the energy transition and related technologies (renewables, storage, e‑mobility, hydrogen, CCUS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
