Our client, a high-impact D2C beauty and lifestyle brand, is hiring a Head of Social to lead and elevate their global social presence.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative instinct, and who is excited by the opportunity to work closely with the founder to build both brand and personal influence at scale.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Own and evolve the brand’s global social strategy across all key platforms, with TikTok as a core growth and engagement driver
- Partner closely with the founder to shape and grow their personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
- Bring a data-led, test-and-learn mindset to content, continuously optimising for performance, engagement, and ROI
- Identify new formats, trends, and cultural moments to keep the brand at the forefront of social innovation
Founder & Brand Presence
- Act as a trusted partner to the founder, translating their voice, vision, and personality into compelling, high-performing content
- Manage and elevate a founder-led content ecosystem, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and impact
- Leverage experience working with founders, creators, or high-profile personal brands to maximise reach and relevance
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing social team, setting clear priorities and supporting development
- Act as a senior voice within the business, influencing creative direction and pushing for best-in-class execution
- Nurture and activate the brand’s community network, empowering authentic storytelling at scale
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Digital, PR, and Performance teams to ensure social is fully integrated across all marketing activity
- Align social strategy with broader brand and commercial objectives, balancing emotional storytelling with measurable growth
Who You Are
- Extensive experience in social media and content, ideally within luxury beauty, lifestyle, fashion or high-growth D2C brands
- Proven experience working closely with founders, creators, or high-profile personal brands, with a strong understanding of how to build influence authentically
- Strong leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams
- Deep, native understanding of platform nuances and how to tailor content to each channel
- Confident and persuasive, able to navigate strong viewpoints and champion bold, creative ideas
- Purpose-driven, with a passion for embedding brand values and impact into storytelling
