The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation that funds science to improve health. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team and play a key role in enabling Wellcome to become the best place to work and support the delivery of our mission.

  • Report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Develop and deliver talent acquisition processes focused on hiring and onboarding talent that supports Wellcome’s mission.
  • Lead innovation in talent acquisition technology within the organization.
  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices.
  • Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition, resource planning and onboarding; up to date with best practice and leading‑edge thinking, utilising external networks to bring up‑to‑date external thinking into an organization.
  • Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.
  • Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.

Hybrid way of working: 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
