• Extensive payroll management experience across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, and reporting
• Experience managing outsourced and in-house payroll models
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Advanced Excel and payroll systems experience

About Your New Role

Always

• Lead global payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage payroll controls, reporting, and reconciliations
• Partner with Finance teams on payroll data and reporting
• Drive payroll process improvements and system enhancements
• Manage outsourced payroll providers and key stakeholders
• Lead and develop the payroll team

Often

• Review and improve payroll processes
• Support reporting and forecasting activities
• Deliver training and guidance to team members

Occasionally

• Support transformation and integration projects
• Assist with audit and compliance activity

Never

• Work in a position without strategic involvement or leadership responsibility
• Spend Friday afternoons explaining why someone was accidentally paid twice
