Architect / Senior Architectural Technician

Our client in the Dungannon area are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architectural Technician to join a busy and collaborative design team working across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a varied and challenging role within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation to agreed deadlines
  • Develop detailed design solutions from general arrangement drawings and project briefs
  • Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Coordinate and manage design information throughout project stages
  • Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant codes, standards, and health & safety regulations
  • Work closely with the wider design team to support successful project delivery
  • Maintain CAD standards and document control procedures
  • Assist with project coordination and technical detailing

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Architecture, Construction, CAD, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience within an architectural or design environment
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience producing detailed architectural and technical drawing packages
  • Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Information
