Quantity Surveyor
Newry | £40,000 – £50,000
We are hiring for our client for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain broad project exposure and develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational teams across all stages of project delivery, supporting commercial management on a range of technically challenging projects.

The Role
- Assist with the commercial management of construction projects
- Monitor project costs and support with valuations and reporting
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timescales
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation
- Work collaboratively across project delivery teams
The Person
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction
- 3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office and project software skills
- Understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements
