About you
- Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant experience in tiling and general construction
- Proven track record working within the construction industry
- Valid CSR Card and full driving licence
- Basic IT skills and effective time management abilities
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills
What you’ll do
- Carry out tiling works on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Perform routine trade-related duties, including painting and decorating
- Complete work appointments efficiently using PDA systems
- Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
- Contribute to responsive maintenance and repair projects, adhering to health and safety standards
