Remote Services Pharmacist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Remote Services Pharmacist. You will be conducting consultations via phone calls, video calls and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
Days: Monday to Friday during business hours. Laptop/Desktop will be provided Whilst completing the Pharmacist role & responsibilities you’ll also: Conduct Pharmacy Service Consultations: NHS and private, in line with published service specifications and our SOP and Best in Class guidance. Accurately document all consultations and patient outcomes in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, community pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. Audit and Reporting: Participate in audits and provide regular reports and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
