An established and growing fertility organisation is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Medical Director & Person Responsible (PR) to provide clinical leadership and ensure full regulatory compliance across its licensed services. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight, clinical governance, and statutory responsibility within a regulated fertility setting.
Working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive continuous improvement, oversee clinical governance frameworks, and ensure the organisation remains inspection-ready at all times.
Clinical Leadership & Governance Lead clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives Oversee development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols
Regulatory & Compliance (PR Responsibilities) Ensure full compliance with UK fertility legislation, licence conditions, and regulatory standards Serve as the primary contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory bodies Quality & Patient Safety Establish and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System Oversee patient-centred care, including counselling and complex case review
People & Performance Ensure staff competency, training, and ongoing professional development Maintain high standards of clinical performance and accountability
Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with safety and regulatory requirements
