Collaborate with estimating teams during tendering to understand project scope and commercial strategy Prepare and maintain comprehensive commercial project files prior to and throughout the project Produce accurate weekly cost reports and project performance projections Manage and submit change orders promptly as project scope evolves Develop cashflow forecasts and monitor project financial status continuously Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract conditions, commercial best practices, and relevant legislation Support final account preparation and project close-out documentation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ commercial experience in construction settings, ideally within electrical projects Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in cost control, valuations, and change management Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and project teams Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Fluent in English (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU Familiarity with contract law and construction procurement processes
