Provide Quality support across operations, customers and suppliers to optimise performance and minimise disruption Lead and support root cause investigations (RCCA) for internal and external quality issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, FMEA, APQP and other quality tools Conduct data analysis and reporting using statistical tools (e.g. Support and carry out internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and global teams to resolve quality challenges Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated processes Ensure ERP and quality systems are aligned with customer and internal requirements Promote a strong quality culture across the site, maintaining visibility on the shop floor
