We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Agent / Project Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor with a strong order book and growing portfolio of framework projects across Somerset, Avonmouth, and Wales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for:
A Site Agent ready to step up into a Project Manager role
An experienced PM looking for greater autonomy and responsibility
Someone who wants to manage their own workload and grow within a supportive team environment
The business has an excellent reputation across the region and is continuing to expand due to sustained growth and project wins.
The Role:
You will take ownership of delivering framework and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, including:
• Project planning & delivery
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Stakeholder & client management
• Budget and cost control
• Quality assurance & compliance
• Reporting and project documentation
• Working closely with commercial and delivery teams
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years within civil engineering, ideally across:
• Highways
• Energy
• Water
• Heavy Civils / Infrastructure
Project experience in:
Bridges & Footbridges
Retaining Walls
Drainage
Geotechnical Engineering
We are looking for someone with a proactive, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across both office and site environments.
